A Special Meeting was held on July 28, 2010 at Chatham Acres. The meeting opened at 10:32am. Members present were Patricia Dufour, Ann McLaughlin, Monica Kangley, Tom Denman and Judie Bobbi. Jo Ann Ewing is away.
The meeting was held to discuss a change in the Resident Service Coordinator work hours due to Ms. Izzo taking classes that started in June. The Board had concern that the 16 hours required for the job were not being fulfilled and wanted to set a revised work schedule for the job that could work for the residents.
A three month trial period for new hours will take effect as of August 5, 2010 and will be re-evaluated at that time.
The Board agreed that a letter be written to Ms. Izzo stating the revised work hour schedule. The Chairman will review the letter for approval.
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 11:18am by Ms. McLaughlin. Ms. Kangley seconded.
