Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro and members, William Devine, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present was Acting Town Manager, Robert Drewry.
Chairperson Engel called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to enter Executive Session at 6:30pm.
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:41pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Goff, to authorize Acting Town Manager, Robert G. Drewry, to sign MTBE litigation settlement documents. The motion was amended to include the following conditions: Pending legal review and no conflict with regard to the State Department of Environmental Protection underground storage tank clean-up fund. So voted (7-0)
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Devine to adjourn the meeting at 6:46 p.m. So voted (7-0).
