Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro and members, William Devine, Christopher Goff and John Tuttle.
Not Present: Scott Minnick and Susan Weintraub
Chairperson Engel called the Special Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to enter Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. Voted (5-0).
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:15 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Tuttle, seconded by Ms. Engel, to table the Town Manager Performance Review. Voted (5-0)
The Special Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
