Minutes
Present:  Council Members Chatham Carillo, Thomas Cordeiro, Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub.  Also present were Interim Town Manager John Weichsel and Attorney Sheldon Myers.

Not Present:  Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman John Tuttle

Executive Session to discuss the proposed settlement for the legal matters filed by Matthew Reimondo against the Town of East Hampton (and others)

A motion was made by Ms. Carillo, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to resume the execution session from June 27, 2011 at 8:04 p.m.  Voted (5-0).

The following individuals were in attendance during Executive Session:  Chatham Carillo, Thomas Cordeiro, Christopher Goff, Barbara Moore and Susan Weintraub.  Interim Town Manager John Weichsel and Attorney Sheldon Myers were also present in Executive Session.

Executive Session ended at 8:39 p.m.

A motion was made by Ms. Moore, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, for approval of the East Hampton Town Council of the settlement agreement presented in executive session pending the re-execution of an amended agreement by those parties who have signed it and the withdrawal from the lawsuit of any party that has not signed as of today, June 28, 2011.  Voted (5-0).

A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Cordeiro, to adjourn at 8:39 p.m. Voted (5-0).
