Public Hearing Minutes
October 6, 2009

A Public Hearing of the Water Pollution Control Authority was held at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday,    October 6, 2009 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The members in attendance included:

Roger Abraham             Dave Kelsey                   John Hanson     Mark Barmasse           Dag Lindland    

Members of the public present included Mr. James Mario, 41 Smith Street, East Hampton CT and Nat Abraham son of WPCA member Roger Abraham.  Also in attendance was Jeffery O’Keefe, Town Manager and Vincent F. Susco, Jr., Public Utilities Administrator.  Pam McCann served as recording secretary

Call to Order
Chairman Barmasse called the Public Hearing to order at 5:30 P.M. for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed new sewer permit and developers connection charge fees.  He read the public hearing notice, which is attached and made a part of the minutes.

At this time Chairman Barmasse opened the meeting to public comment.  No member of the public presented comment and Mr. Barmasse requested that the public hearing remain open for a short time in the event someone arrived late.  The members agreed.

Adjournment
Chairman Barmasse closed the public hearing.

Mr. Kelsey motioned, seconded by Mr. Lindland to adjourn the meeting. All voting in favor, the meeting was closed at 5:40 P.M.
