East Hampton Water Development Task Force
Minutes from Friday, January 22, 2010

Meeting called to order 7:00 a.m.

Present:  Peter Aarrestad, Mark Barmasse, Johnny Hanson, Ted Hintz, John Tuttle, Vin Susco and Jeffery O’Keefe

Discussion of status of easement plans.  All documents are finalized and the Town is getting ready to submit plans to the Department of Public Health.

The approved Water Connection Policy will be forwarded to Town Council for adoption.  Discussion connection charges for those interested in connecting to the Village Water System.

A motion was made by Mr. Tuttle, seconded by Mr. Barmasse, to direct Town Manager to move forward with Woodard & Curran proposal for financing plan contingent upon successful reference checks for similar projects.  Voted (5-0).

Continue development of RFQ for engineering & construction design management services.
